Ayr\u0131ca kad\u0131nlarda HDL Kolesterol(iyi kolesterol diye bilinir kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan korundu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir) d\u00fczeyleri \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Erkeklerde agirlik, toplam kolesterol ve Trigliseridlerde anlaml\u0131 bir azalma g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015ftir. Baz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar Ramazan orucunun CRP, IL-6 VE TNF-a gibi iltihap(inflamasyon) belirte\u00e7lerinin \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki Tip 2 diyabetli hastalar \u00fczerinde uygulanan 15-21 g\u00fcnl\u00fck Ramazan orucunun, HbA1c(son 3 ayl\u0131k \u015feker bak\u0131m\u0131 diye ge\u00e7er) yakla\u015f\u0131k 0,5 puan istatistiksel ve klinik azalmay\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmu\u015ftur. Bu grupta glisemik kontrol asl\u0131nda Ramazan orucu ile desteklenmi\u015ftir.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ramazan orucu en yayg\u0131n uygulanan oru\u00e7 \u00e7e\u015fididir.
